Music & Camp Director – Summer Theatre Intensives
Charm City Players is seeking a dynamic Music & Camp Director to lead our summer theatre intensives (June 22 – August 14, 2026).
The Role: Lead four 2-week camps with full music direction, manage daily operations, supervise staff, and mentor young performers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the entire program experience for emerging theatre artists.
We're Looking For:
- Music education background with youth experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for arts education and theatre
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment
Four Camps, One Vision:
- Camp 1: June 22 – July 2
- Camp 2: July 6 – July 17
- Camp 3: July 20 – July 31
- Camp 4: August 3 – August 14
