Through the generosity of our supporters we have the opportunity to entertain the community with exceptional theatre, educate our children through engagement with the performing arts, and inspire! the future performers and leaders of tomorrow.

Your donation will help us cultivate new generations of young audiences and artists by creating memorable theatre experiences and using the artistry of theatre to promote an appreciation of the arts for children and families throughout the Baltimore area.

When we founded Charm City Players we dreamed of providing the families of Baltimore with the highest quality entertainment at a price the average family can afford. 


Over the past 2 years our team of very dedicated and hard working volunteers have worked tirelessly creating 6 full-scale, family-friendly musical productions.  Along the

way we were honored with 18 Awards for Excellence including the most respected

"Best Musical of the Year" for The Wizard of Oz and "Best Family Theatre for 2014".


And because every performance included free face painting, a live orchestra and a

meet and greet with the cast we earned "Baltimore's Best Theatre Value".  This is the distinction that affects every family who comes to a Charm City Players' show and the

one that makes us the most proud.


But, as with every performing arts company, ticket sales are not enough to fund everything we want to do for the families of the greater Baltimore area.  ​​


  • We want to continue providing free tickets to children and families in need through exceptional organizations like The Casey Cares Foundation and other groups.


  • We want to provide free tickets to needy families so that ALL children, no matter their economic status, can experience the wonder of a live theatre event.


  • We want to provide full iMAGiNATiON 101 Summer Arts Camp scholarships to talented and deserving students who may not have the resources to afford it.


  • We want to take Educational Repertory Theatre (ERT) shows to the schools

          to foster a greater love of reading and learning in our children.
